14-Day Return Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
How to Return
- Email support@amore.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will share return instructions and a return address.
- Pack the item securely and ship it back to us.
- Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange is processed.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, or as store credit if you prefer. Cash on Delivery orders are refunded via bank transfer or JazzCash/Easypaisa.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare and haircare products cannot be returned unless defective.
